GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN
Hazel
2001-2006
Hazel was unexpectedly called home by God.  It was so fast we really didn't have time to say
goodbye.   We'll miss her and mourn her forever.   There's a hole in our "pack" that will never
be filled.

Hazel was the beginning.  She was the beginning of our passion for this wonderful breed.
Every breeding we do or every puppy we keep will in some way reflect what she has taught us.
Hazel was a perfect example of what a mastiff should be.  She was powerful & strong.  Hazel
was totally devoted to her family and very much a part of our everyday lives.  Honestly we just
didn't realize how "busy" she was until she was gone.  We think back over her life and realize
she was everywhere and involved with everything that everyone was doing.  Almost sounds
impossible, but Hazel was a true mastiff.   For those of you that have been blessed w/ such a
dog, this statement needs no explanation!

Although our hearts ache for her we celebrate her love and her life. We're thankful for
everything she has given us.
This is what Hazel did best.

KENYA JADE
Kenya was a wonderful gift from our friend Donna.  We got Kenya when she
was 3 years old.  She immediately bonded with us, especially our niece Olivia.
Kenya was a huge part of our family for over 8 years.  Kenya is sadly missed by
our whole family, but we know she's looking down on us & is now truly our
guardian angel.

CH Gate Keeper's Bumble Bee, CGC
3/20/03 - 7/31/08
While Hazel was the beginning of our passion for this incredible breed,
Bella was the beginning of our passion for showing.  She was an incredible
show dog.  Even when I was so nervous that my knees were shaking she
held it together.  No matter how badly I fumbled or what I did wrong she
made me look good.  Bella always gave us her all no matter what we asked
of her. Even as I sat on the floor of our vet -  her head cradled in my lap,
sobbing hysterically, she somehow found the strength to wag her tail to let
me know it was OK to let her go.
Bella was everything a Mastiff is supposed to be.
Bella is sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
