| We are a small kennel currently located in Southern Maine. Our dogs live in our home and are not only show dogs, but an important part of our family. In fact our whole lives revolve around our Mastiffs & their comfort and happiness. Our passion for this wonderful breed started about 10 years ago when we saw our first Mastiff. He was a very large brindle. My husband & I had never seen such a big dog. We felt he was the most beautiful animal we had ever laid eyes on. We were stopped at a light in rush hour traffic-he was in an SUV parked in front of us so we didn't get to actually get our hands on him & had no idea what breed he was, but we started researching. It wasn't long before we had figured out what he was & that a Mastiff would be our next dog. It was about 3 years and lots of research later before we finally decided to take the plunge. We brought Hazel home at 8 weeks old & the rest is history. We were hooked. We added another 3 mastiffs over the next 4 years(one of which was Isabella a full sister to Hazel). We went from driving a Dodge Raider to an Aerostar minivan to a Suburban to a Conversion van & we have finally had to buy a 16' boxvan (which I might add still isn't big enough). Our family now consists of 7 mastiffs. We occasionally have puppies available for pet or show homes. We breed for temperament, health & type. We will not breed unless our dogs & bitches are extensively health screened & have sound temperaments. We have 2 young males, who pending their health screenings, will be available for stud service to tested and approved bitches of merit only. |
